Shipping Policy
When will I receive my product?

Free shipping for all orders within the contiguous US.
International Shipping
At this moment, we only ship within the contiguous US.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
No. At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska.
Processing & Shipping Time
All shipping is free. All products are shipped via standard Ground.
Order processing times are separate from the shipping times shown at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order ships.
Standard Ground shipping takes 4–6 days (Monday–Sunday) for delivery.
The Impulse Shoppe is not responsible for delays due to high order volume or issues with the postal service.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking details to be available.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that some carriers may have restrictions regarding delivery to P.O. Boxes.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued minus return shipping costs.

Conditions for Returns
You are eligible to return products within 30 days of delivery if:

- The products are in the original packaging with all accessories.
- For sealed items, the manufacturer seal must be unopened.
- The item is not damaged due to handling or use by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Products inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Lost Shipments
