Return And Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Refund: Once your returned product has been approved, it will take up to 10 days to receive your refund. If it has been more than 10 days, please contact our team at customersupport@theimpulseshoppe.com

Conditions for Returns
You are eligible to return products for any reason from our site within 30 days of delivery.

In order for the products to be accepted for a return, please make sure that:

  1. The products were purchased in the last 30 days
  2. The products are in the original packaging with all original accessories
  3. For items with a manufacturer seal, the manufacturer seal must be unopened
  4. The item(s) cannot be damaged due to the handling or use of the customer

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  1. The supply of products made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  2. The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  3. The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  4. The supply of Goods that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Products on sale cannot be refunded.


We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Return process

  1. Contact us at customersupport@theimpulseshoppe.com to initiate the return
  2. We will send the RMA return label according to the reason for your return. The return label will have shipping costs paid.
  3. Make sure to enclose all parts of the original packaging. Pack the items.
  4. Send the product
  5. We receive the product and inspect it.
  6. Once approved we will send you a replacement or you will be refunded the full amount at your original payment method.
  7. You will not be charged for return shipping costs as the shipping costs will already be paid by us in the return label. We will send you a replacement or you will be refunded the full amount at your original payment method.

Canceling an order

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. In case your order has already been shipped, kindly follow the return policies stated above that correspond to your reason for return.

Lost shipments
If at least 2 days have elapsed since the expected delivery date, please contact our customer service via email at customersupport@theimpulseshoppe.com and allow us at least 5 days to investigate the item(s) whereabouts with the courier service. If we cannot track your shipment after the 5-day investigation, the shipment will be declared lost and you will be entitled to a full refund or we will send a replacement if you choose so.

Refund process
The refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our warehouse and inspected by our team. Once approved, the refund takes up to 10 business days to process. Refunds will be made in the original method of payment.

Delayed Orders
At The Impulse Shoppe, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. However, there may be times when unforeseen circumstances cause delays. If your order is delayed, we will promptly notify you via email with an updated estimated delivery date. We understand that timely delivery is crucial, and we are committed to resolving any delays as swiftly as possible. If your order was supposed to be delivered but has not arrived yet, please contact us at 800 725-5640 or customersupport@theimpulseshoppe.com. For any concerns or questions regarding your delayed order, feel free to reach out to our customer service team, who will be happy to assist you.

Damaged Orders
We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please accept our sincere apologies. While we are not responsible for damages that occur during transport, we recommend contacting the delivery company directly to report the issue and file a claim. Additionally, please inform our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and, if possible, photographs of the damaged item. Although we cannot be held liable for shipping-related damages, we will assist you in any way we can to facilitate a resolution. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly and to your satisfaction.
