When will I receive my product?

  • Order cut-off time: 12 pm PST
  • Order handling time: 1-2 business days
  • Standard shipping: 8-10 days (Monday-Sunday)

Free shipping for all orders within the contiguous US.

International Shipping

At this moment, we only ship within the contiguous US.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

No. At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska.

Processing & Shipping Time

All shipping is free. All products are shipped via standard Ground.

Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times seen at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Standard Ground shipping takes 4-6 days (Monday-Sunday) for delivery.

The Impulse Shoppe is not responsible for potential delays due to high order volume or postal service problems that are outside our control.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please be aware that some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at customersupport@theimpulseshoppe.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We review these cases individually and will work towards a satisfactory solution.

Delayed Orders

We strive to process and ship orders quickly. However, unforeseen delays may occur. If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email with an updated estimated delivery date.

Damaged Orders

We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, we sincerely apologize.

While we are not responsible for transport damages, we recommend reporting the issue to the delivery company and filing a claim.

Please inform our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Photos of the damaged item (if possible)

Although we cannot be held liable for shipping-related damages, we will assist in finding a resolution.

Canceling an Order

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please follow the return policy.
