Refund
Once your returned product has been approved, it will take up to 10 days to receive your refund. If it has been more than 10 days, please contact our team at customersupport@theimpulseshoppe.com.
Conditions for Returns
You are eligible to return products within 30 days of delivery if:
- The products were purchased in the last 30 days.
- The products are in the original packaging with all accessories.
- For sealed items, the manufacturer seal must be unopened.
- The item is not damaged due to handling or use by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Products that expire or deteriorate.
- Unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Products inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
- Sale items (final sale, no refunds).
We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion if they do not meet the above conditions.
Return Process
- Contact us at customersupport@theimpulseshoppe.com to initiate the return.
- We will send you an RMA return label based on your return reason.
- Ensure all original packaging is included, then pack the item securely.
- Ship the product back to us.
- Once received, we will inspect the product.
- If approved, you will receive a refund or replacement.
Return shipping costs will be covered by us via the provided return label.
Canceling an Order
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please follow the return policy above.
Lost Shipments
If at least 2 days have passed since the expected delivery date, contact our support team at customersupport@theimpulseshoppe.com. Allow us at least 5 days to investigate with the courier.
If we are unable to locate your shipment after the investigation, we will declare it lost, and you may choose between a full refund or a replacement.
Refund Process
Refunds will be initiated once your return is received and inspected. Approved refunds take up to 10 business days to process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Delayed Orders
At The Impulse Shoppe, we strive to process and ship orders quickly. However, unforeseen delays may occur.

Damaged Orders
We take great care in packaging orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, we sincerely apologize.
While we are not responsible for damages during transit, we recommend reporting the issue to the courier service and filing a claim.
Additionally, inform our support team within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Photos of the damaged item (if available)
While we cannot be held liable for shipping-related damages, we will assist in finding a resolution.
