Instructions for inserting ashes are on bottom of box.
Simply remove the small screws in bottom of box, take off bottom then insert ash bag into the cavity which is 90 cubic inches.
Then replace box bottom and screws.
Box has the appearance of fine wood and is made of a very durable acrylic.
